The Associate Program is intended for recent college graduates and young professionals who are interested in pursuing a career in the sports and entertainment industry. Each Associate will work alongside members of FSM’s Partnership Sales, Solutions or Strategy teams, playing a vital role in the daily operation of the company. Since the program’s inception in 2013, 95% of Associates have landed a full-time role in the industry in line with their career goals and skillset.

The Associate Program begins in late May or early June, running for a maximum of 12 months, with a minimum commitment of 9 months requested. Associates are selected based on their experience, academic achievements, extra-curricular activities, and FSM’s current business needs. Associates will be based in either the Boston office (located next to Fenway Park) or the New York office (located in Manhattan near Madison Square Park).
