The Associate Program is intended for recent college graduates and early professionals who are interested in pursuing a career in the sports and entertainment industry. Associates will be selected to work within specific FSM departments, with opportunities in Partnership Sales, Solutions, Strategy, Creative as well as Boston Common Golf, playing a vital role in the daily operation of the company. Since the program’s inception in 2013, 95% of Associates have landed a full-time role in the industry in line with their career goals and skillset.

The Associate Program begins in late May or early June, running for a maximum of 12 months, with a minimum commitment of 9 months requested. Associates are selected based on their experience, academic achievements, extra-curricular activities, and FSM’s current business needs. Associates will be based in either the Boston office (located next to Fenway Park) or the New York office (located in Manhattan).
